-We will use Time.gov for the official time. Someone should count backwards from 10 seconds. Have mouse over "Add to Cart". Some have said click at 7:00:01, but I don't know. Maybe exactly at 7am, there's flood of requests and so the servers don't have capacity to accept new requests. You can decide if you want to do 1 or 2 seconds before 7 or one second after 7.
